Sipes Luxury Enamel Undercoat is a general purpose enamel undercoat for interior and exterior application. Formulated to hold out succeeding coats of finishing enamel. Requires only light sanding. Sands readily to a smooth surface to receive subsequent coats of finish enamel for an attractive, first-class job. Areas of use: on wood, plaster, wall-board, metal, masonry and other surfaces which would generally call for an enamel or water based finish.
