Ownership Document

This Ownership Document (“Document”) was executed on 06/12/2023 (“Effective Date”) between the Amman Chamber of Industry, hereinafter referred to as the “Owner,” and any user, hereinafter referred to as the “User,” collectively referred to as the “Parties.”

Ownership Description

The intellectual property known as "Urdoni," including all its associated features, functionalities, source code, design, and content, is owned and managed by the Amman Chamber of Industry (hereinafter referred to as the "Owner"). "Urdoni" is an application dedicated to Jordanian products, providing a platform for factories to showcase their national and local products while allowing citizens to explore these offerings.

Ownership

The Amman Chamber of Industry is the sole owner of "Urdoni" and retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the application. This includes, but is not limited to, copyrights, trademarks, patents, and any other intellectual property rights associated with the Urdoni application.

Users Account

Jordanian factories may create accounts for their businesses by providing necessary information such as the sector name, membership number, and the establishment’s national number. Once registered, they can upload their products along with relevant product details. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities conducted under their accounts.

Subscription

Registration on the platform can only be completed by entering the sector name, membership number, and the establishment’s national number. Users are required to subscribe in order to upload their factory's products.

Terms of Use

The use of 'Urdoni' is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the application's Terms of Service. Users are encouraged to read and understand these terms before using the application.

Limitation of Liability

The owner makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the information provided on "Urdoni." The application is provided on an "as is" basis, and users use it at their own risk.

Governing Law

This Ownership Document is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, notwithstanding any conflict with the principles of law.

In witness whereof, the parties have executed this Ownership Document as of the effective date.
